As a Verizon Sales Agent, our sales training phase will empower you to understand the unique internet needs of Monroe County. The Verizon Sales Agent will then deliver sales by explaining how Verizon’s fiber technology eliminates the frustrations of traditional cable. By focusing on a sales approach, the Verizon Sales Agent helps customers transition to seamless streaming with Frontier TV.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Agent
- Contribute to sales outreach by supporting sales interactions centered on Frontier internet and TV services.
- Assist in recognizing customer needs and help guide the direction of each sales conversation toward better connectivity solutions.
- Share easy-to-understand information about Verizon services so customers can make informed decisions during the sales process.
- Help customers explore alternatives to traditional cable by supporting sales conversations around flexible TV and internet options.
- Maintain a friendly and consistent sales presence that encourages strong customer relationships.
- Engage in regular team discussions to build sales confidence, improve outreach consistency, and support overall team success.
Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Agent
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required.
