Position Overview:
As a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will deliver personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and lifestyle counseling through secure virtual platforms. You will work with clients to create practical, results-driven nutrition care plans that support long-term success.
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Remote)
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (flexible based on your availability)
Compensation:
- Part-Time: $32–$38/hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time: Annual salary range of $62,000–$73,000, depending on experience (includes benefits package)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) focused on weight management and lifestyle change.
- Conduct virtual consultations and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Educate clients on behavior change strategies and long-term healthy habits.
- Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and document in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain professional standards and compliance with ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outpatient, telehealth, or weight management settings.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based weight management and nutrition counseling.
- Excellent communication, motivational interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR documentation.
- Additional certifications (e.g., weight management, behavior change, motivational interviewing) are preferred but not required.
