**Hyperbaric Wellness Coordinator** (Contract / Shared Role)
**Job Summary**
Join our modern wellness center in a great location as Hyperbaric Wellness Coordinator. You’ll run the HBOT machine, handle marketing, hire staff, and manage daily operations—gaining real leadership experience and high-value skills while helping clients feel better.
**Duties**
- Operate and maintain hyperbaric chambers
- Greet clients and run safe HBOT sessions
- Watch clients and do safety checks
- Hire and train new team members
- Lead marketing to grow the center
- Keep records, clean, and run the facility
- Handle almost all day-to-day tasks
**Requirements**
- No hyperbaric experience needed – we will train you
- First Aid, CPR, AED (required or you can get it)
- Care about safety and good communication
- Able to lift moderate equipment
