Position Overview
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for servicing residential properties by removing pet waste in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This is a straightforward role with clearly defined responsibilities and structured routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove pet waste from assigned residential properties
- Follow established service routes and schedules
- Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly
- Maintain professional conduct while representing the company
- Communicate route completion as required
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.50 per hour base pay
- Weekly performance bonuses, with total compensation averaging up to $20.00 per hour
- 100% of customer tips retained by employee
- Paid training (1–2 weeks)
- Company vehicle provided
- Flexible, part-time schedule
Schedule & Coverage Area
- Part-time only
- 2–3 days per week
- Daytime shifts
- Service area includes Casa Grande through Scottsdale
