Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures
• Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation with precision
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for framing, roofing, siding, and restoration projects
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide construction activities
• Manage construction site activities including carpentry, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and remodeling projects
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
• Conduct site inspections for safety hazards, quality assurance, and adherence to project specifications
• Assist with heavy lifting and material handling using appropriate hand tools and equipment
• Support the operation of heavy machinery as needed for large-scale construction tasks

Skills

• Extensive experience in metal building erection and framing techniques
• Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, rebar installation, and masonry work
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and site safety protocols
• Skilled in welding, woodworking, plastering, roofing, siding, and stucco application
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding setup
• Experience with restoration projects and remodeling processes
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of manual labor
