We’re on a quest to empower live communities.About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corp FP&A, we are looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join Twitch's Corporate FP&A team. You will work closely with various partners including Finance, Accounting, and Amazon Corp teams to address challenges that directly impact Twitch's financial metrics. You will support the forecast consolidation process, deliver management reporting, and use planning systems to expand data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will design new processes, enhance existing reports, and build new models that provide actionable insights to the business.You can work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle or New York. This role will produce analysis and reports that directly contribute to decisions by our executive team, CFO, and all levels of finance leadership. If you're passionate about finding insights that enhance productivity and improve financial results, come join us!You Will : Prepare Twitch’s Monthly Business Review including the Consolidated P&L and variance commentary through leveraging Cognos TM1 and partnering with the business to understand variance drivers.Support our team in financial planning through building complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance, managing the financial planning calendar, guiding our FP&A team through forecast submissions and preparing review materials for our executive team.Take a lead role in developing, standardizing, and continuously improving financial input templates to improve accuracy and accelerate forecast cycle times.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed and present findings to senior leaders.You Have : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.Experience : 3 years in finance, ideally with experience in Corporate FP&A at a public company.Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting foundations.Experience using enterprise planning systems (e.g. Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion or SAP) for analysis and reporting.Experience building financial models using Excel or Google Sheets modeling and data analysis.Strong attention-to-detail, written and communication ability.Bonus Points Experience in leading continuous improvement projects with measurable results.Experience with Finance Systems implementation (Cognos TM1, Oracle OFA, SAP, and / or Anaplan).Experience with Corporate Consolidations and P&L Management.Job ID : TW8729US Pay Per Year : $60,200 - $128,800 USDWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Twitch.
