About the role
The Director, Product Marketing will lead the product marketing strategy, guiding how our API products meet market needs while driving revenue growth. This role requires a leader who can create, execute, and refine B2B marketing strategies while managing a small team of individual contributors. You will also oversee pricing and packaging strategies and manage the product marketing budget.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders to bring compelling value propositions to market and position our products for success.
This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

We are a newly formed customer-focused and results-driven product marketing team. Our mission is to help small and medium online retailers master order management and fulfillment. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
What will you be doing?
- Strategy and Execution : Define product marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Translate these strategies into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Go-to-Market Leadership : Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and campaigns to ensure maximum market impact.
- Positioning and Messaging : Develop compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Auctane products from competitors. Ensure alignment across all communication channels.
- Pricing and Packaging : Analyze market data, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to recommend and implement effective pricing and packaging strategies.
- Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering career growth, collaboration, and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on product priorities and market needs.
- Market Insights : Drive market and customer research efforts in collaboration with the Research and Insights team to inform product marketing decisions.
- Performance Metrics : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication : Present strategies, performance results, and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
