Design Studio Assistant (Full-Time)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our design and remodeling business. This role is primarily administrative and project support, helping keep projects organized, schedules updated, and information accurate.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable learning new software, and has an interest in design, construction, or home remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments, meetings, and company calendars.
• Maintain and update project information in JobTread.
• Assist with bid requests, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Create and update selections documents based on information provided by the designer.
• Enter product and vendor information into project records.
• Receive, label, and organize incoming packages and materials.
• Update project records with order and delivery information.
• Follow up with vendors regarding orders and deliveries.
• Answer phones and assist with general office tasks.
• Keep project files and documentation organized.
