Who You Are
- A TikTok native who lives and breathes short-form video culture.
- Obsessed with spotting trends before they hit the mainstream.
- Comfortable ideating, scripting, filming, editing, and posting content within a 24–48-hour turnaround.
- Highly creative and quick on your feet — you thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- A data-driven experimenter who loves to test ideas and iterate based on performance.
- Collaborative and communicative, with a knack for supporting broader creative projects.
- Positive, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow in the creator economy.
- Rapidly identify current and emerging TikTok trends relevant to the Preston and Brianna audiences.
- Script, film, edit, and publish trending content within a 24–48-hour turnaround window.
- Monitor TikTok content performance daily, making quick pivots to maximize virality and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Creative Producer on ideation, brainstorming, and creative writing for new concepts.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of ideas, drafts, and scheduled posts to ensure consistent output.
- Develop creative approaches for adapting trends to fit each brand’s unique voice and audience.
- Engage with comments, duets, and stitches to keep community conversations active and on-brand.
- Track and report weekly on growth metrics, trending formats, and successful executions.
- 2 years experience creating TikTok content for brands, creators, or entertainment companies.
- Proven track record of creating high-performing TikToks and capitalizing on trends.
- Strong skills in short-form video editing apps and tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and cultural moments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and creative experimentation.
