What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Adult Foster Care Group Home Administrator position at TBI Residential Rehab?
Job Expectations: Responsible for the day to day operations of an AFC group home. Administrator will oversee home management, personnel matters, as well as day to day financial requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for human resource matters, including hiring and training of staff
- Submit employee hours through Paycheck and administer paychecks
- Staff scheduling
- Ensure that all resident appointments are scheduled
- Ensure that day to day operational protocols are met
- Ensure that MAR'S are completed monthly
- Communicate with guardians and case managers
- Maintain accurate accounting of resident funds
- Ensure all safety guidelines are met
- Communicate with resident family members
- Comply with company policies and procedures as well as State guidelines for the facility
- Assure program planning, development, implementation of services to residents in accordance with resident's assessment plan and care agreement
- Report to Licensee
- Comply with Licensing and CARF accreditation
Qualifications:
- LPN
- High School diploma
- At least one year of experience working with persons who are mentally ill, developmentally disabled, physically handicapped, or aged. Experience with TBI population is preferred
- Required training as directed by the State of Michigan
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass criminal background along with fingerprinting
- Professional presentation, customer service orientation skills
- Well organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
