Role Description
This is a full-time position in Oklahoma City, OK covering the entire state and beyond for a New Business Development Sales professional. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with attorneys, medical providers, and other referring agencies - creating strategic plans to drive growth, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with potential partners. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and ensuring case success. You will work with our other companies under the corporate umbrella. This role is 85% in the field.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
- Strong skills in communication, planning and followup skills are a must
- Goal driven experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Account Management expertise, including CRM documentation
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, or legal is PREFERRED

- Compensation for this role is dependent upon qualifications and includes:
