Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands-on Maintenance Owner to join our Line Centric Team (LCT), collaborating with the Line Owner, Operations Owner, and other cross-functional partners to ensure equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role plays a critical part in sustaining world-class manufacturing performance through effective maintenance practices, strong communication, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Maintenance lead within the LCT, partnering closely with Operations and Line Ownership teams.
- Lead and support troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Drive maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring preventive and corrective work is completed efficiently.
- Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, track maintenance metrics, and monitor equipment performance.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Support and coach maintenance technicians to strengthen technical capability and safety awareness.
- Foster collaboration across maintenance, operations, and engineering to deliver production goals.
- Champion quality and safety standards, promoting compliance with LOTO and other manufacturing best practices.
- Communicate effectively across shifts to maintain seamless operations and consistent execution.
The Perfect Blend: Experience
- 3 years in a maintenance, engineering, or operations leadership role—preferably within food, beverage, or packaging manufacturing.
- Strong technical foundation in electrical or mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional and union-represented teams.
- Proven success with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order management.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of safety programs, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the Bradenton, FL area.
- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional off-shift or weekend work as needed.
