What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our accounting team, you'll support the financial success of a commercial property portfolio by:
- Collaborating with Portfolio and Asset Managers to support portfolio profitability
- Managing cash flow for assigned properties, including funding requests
- Assisting with onboarding new property acquisitions
- Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and supporting reports
- Performing reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses
- Reviewing AR/AP entries for accuracy and appropriate coding
- Communicating directly with clients and ownership
- Preparing documentation for audits and year-end tax packages
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience in commercial real estate
- Proficient in Yardi – this is a must
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and lease accounting principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive mindset and a drive for accuracy and efficiency
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
