Summary:
This role is responsible for owning and enhancing financial and royalty-related reporting while providing data-driven insight to support business performance and long-term growth. The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze revenue streams, expenses, and licensed product performance, transforming complex data into clear, actionable information for leadership. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of royalty-related financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across multiple product lines, retail partners, and channels
• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports to support performance tracking and forecasting
• Develop concise financial summaries and presentations that clearly communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders
• Partner with leadership to assess business results, identify trends, and recommend operational or financial improvements
• Compare internal performance metrics against market and competitive benchmarks where applicable
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency across financial workflows
• Support financial planning initiatives and contribute to forward-looking analysis and projections
• Demonstrate ownership of financial data accuracy and reporting integrity
• Provide guidance and informal leadership as the function grows, with opportunity to manage team members in the future
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role
• Strong experience working with revenue data, profitability analysis, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel proficiency with the ability to manage and interpret large, complex data sets
• Experience with royalty tracking or licensed product reporting is strongly preferred
• Ability to translate detailed financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Collaborative mindset with experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process ownership
• Interest in long-term growth and eventual leadership responsibilities
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
