We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse commercial portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance day-to-day operations with strategic planning and long-term property management goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tenant relations programs to enhance building operations, tenant comfort, and strong working relationships.
- Meet with tenants regularly to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee tenant rent collection and prepare delinquency reports in accordance with company policies.
- Assist the leasing team as needed and support tenant improvement projects.
- Respond to emergencies, major issues, or operational risks, and report to senior management promptly.
- Manage on-site and portfolio staff, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreements, lease obligations, and all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate, solicit, and recommend service contracts and vendor agreements.
- Monitor maintenance staff performance and service request turnaround times to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate property records, including certificates of insurance, emergency protocols, building drawings, warranties, and occupancy certificates.
- Supervise capital improvement and renovation projects, including bid management and project oversight.
- Manage property risk, sustainability initiatives, and energy management programs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, variance reports, and monthly management reports.
- Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Represent the organization in professional associations, civic activities, and industry events to maintain and develop key relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial property management.
- Experience managing a multi-property portfolio is a plus.
- Real estate credentials such as CCIM, CPM, RPA, or an active real estate license preferred.

Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
