Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury | Hoboken, NJ
A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Hoboken is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its collaborative legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience handling personal injury matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions, pleadings, interrogatories, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
- Manage a litigation caseload of approximately 50 active files.
- Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Organize case files, maintain deadlines, and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial.
Qualifications
- Prior litigation paralegal experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm is required.
- Strong drafting skills, including motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Must be able to commute to Hoboken, NJ (fully onsite).
Compensation & Benefits
