Leasing Administrator / Front Desk Associate
Location: Wellington, FL
Schedule: Saturdays are required. Days off are Sunday and one weekday (must be consistent).
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually

We are seeking a sharp, personable, and customer-service-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our dynamic property management team. This position combines front desk, receptionist, and resident relations responsibilities with leasing support duties. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospects, and guests—both in person and over the phone.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming, professional front office environment.
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and showcase community features and amenities.
- Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out documentation.
- Generate and distribute due notices, maintain resident records, and assist with rent collection follow-ups.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the property, amenities, and surrounding area to confidently answer inquiries.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including updating online listings and managing inquiry follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the property management team to resolve resident concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Support daily administrative functions such as mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and report preparation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the property with confidence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
- Ability to work Saturdays and maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
