Responsibilities
- Intake cases, troubleshoot and establish case strategy.
- Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and hands-on experience with employment-based immigration processes, including preparation and filing of H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and E-2 nonimmigrant visa petitions, as well as PERM labor certifications and immigrant petitions (Form I-140) across EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 categories, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
- Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
- Oversee status of cases.
- Understand I-9, site visit and related compliance issues
Qualifications
2 years of Business Immigration-related experience
