We are seeking a hands-on DevOps leader to modernize workflows, optimize infrastructure, and lead a high-performing team in a hybrid cloud (Azure) environment. This VP-level role blends strategy and execution—driving automation, scalability, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor DevOps Engineers, Release Engineers, and DBAs
- Modernize CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure as code
- Oversee Azure cloud migrations and hybrid environment optimization
- Collaborate across engineering, development, QA, and networking teams
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in DevOps practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years in technology, 4 years in team leadership
- Proven success leading DevOps initiatives in Azure (AWS/GCP a plus)
- Expertise with Azure DevOps, CI/CD tools (Octopus, Jenkins, Ansible, TeamCity)
- Strong PowerShell scripting and SQL skills
- Knowledge of networking, VPNs, authentication/security protocols, and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI)
