Pay Range: $40–$55/hour (up to $110K - based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers, mills, and lathes
• Optimize current and future programs using in-house software
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Conduct first article inspections and verify measurements using precision instruments
• Ensure finished products meet quality and tolerance standards
• Follow SOPs, GMP, GDP, ISO procedures, and quality standards
• Operate multiple machining centers simultaneously as needed
• Maintain safe working practices and departmental compliance
• Support production schedules and workflow efficiency
• Train and mentor employees to improve skills and cross-functionality
• Maintain and update employee skills matrices and training records
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action investigations
• Monitor labor tracking and production performance metrics
• Coordinate incoming materials and communicate inventory needs
• Lead daily departmental operations and direct employee workflow
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure department cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards
Professional Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNC Programming Certification or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining setup and operating experience
• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening
