Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance across numerous business units.
- Manage payments for multiple entities, maintaining consistency and precision in financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Assist with system transitions and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Maintain organized documentation and support audits as needed.
- Provide proactive support during onboarding and training phases, transitioning to hybrid work after initial ramp-up.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
