We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our client’s team. The Millwright will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-precision mechanical and industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, hands-on mechanical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and operational uptime. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and align industrial machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical systemsLevel, calibrate, and test machinery according to manufacturer specifications and blueprint layoutsPerform preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs to minimize downtimeDiagnose and resolve mechanical issues, identify root causes, and perform component replacementsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematicsUse precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, and laser alignment equipmentDismantle and reassemble machinery for relocation, repair, or replacement, ensuring proper realignment and testingConduct safety inspections and adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures and OSHA standardsCollaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to optimize equipment reliability and performanceMaintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance logs QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial settingProficient in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation equipmentAbility to read and apply mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprintsSkilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instrumentsExperience with welding and fabrication preferred; certification is a plusUnderstanding of preventive maintenance systems and reliability best practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesPhysically capable of performing demanding work (lifting, climbing, confined spaces, heights)Must adhere to all safety and quality protocols; OSHA 30 or Lock-Out/Tag-Out certification preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; completion of a technical program, apprenticeship, or certification in industrial maintenance or mechanics preferred  This position offers an opportunity to work in a technologically advanced facility with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and safety.
