TBest Services is seeking a high-performing Major Account Executive - Data Center for our client, a leading provider of contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order solutions, and custom turnkey design services. The company partners with Tier 1 OEMs to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across mission-critical industries, including data centers, power infrastructure, and advanced industrial applications.
This role will drive strategic growth within Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center ecosystem and is responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding key accounts by selling contract manufacturing, assemble-to-order, and full turnkey design solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise in power distribution, data centers, and related infrastructure, along with a proven track record of selling into large enterprise OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 OEM customers in the data center, power infrastructure, and heating/cooling markets
- Identify and close new business opportunities for contract manufacturing, ATO assemble-to-order, and turnkey engineering solutions
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations, including engineering, procurement, operations, and leadership
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to deliver customized, high-value solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Stay ahead of market trends in data center infrastructure, power systems, and OEM supply chains
- Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience selling into enterprise or Tier 1 OEM customers
- Proven success in complex, consultative sales environments
- Strong background in data center infrastructure, power distribution systems, electrical/mechanical assemblies, or contract manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations and close high-value deals
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40%
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling custom engineered or build-to-print solutions
- Existing relationships within hyperscale data center operators or OEM ecosystem
- Background working with power, energy, or mission-critical systems

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $120,000–$180,000, depending on experience
- Target OTE: $275,000
