- Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting
- Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts
- Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding
- Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components
- Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Keep a clean, organized workspace
- Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities
- Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements
- Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test
- Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel
- Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts
- Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools
- Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
