Site Superintendent - Commercial Construction

TBC Holdings Group, LLC, DBA as Texas Built Construction is looking for a hands-on Site Superintendent ready to join a highly demanding, fast-paced construction environment. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for construction and desire to learn and grow with our company. As a key member of the team, the Site Superintendent will assume a key role in the overall operations of the Construction Division. Will be responsible for overseeing 5 projects at any point in time. Must have proven success in project oversight. Must possess strong analytical skills, conflict management skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and team building skills. Skilled at establishing and working collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic team environment with multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

· Bids - Everyone is responsible to send plans and/or walk subs through sites for bid. The more the Better.

· Site Supervision – Any onsite questions asked by subs or owners.

· Organized Job Site – Clean, Organized job site. Materials accounted for and inventoried. Responsible for haul offs or custom trash bins. Yard signs and porta johns.

· Scheduling trades – We follow a Gantt chart but sometimes we are ahead and/or behind, It is the site superintendent job to schedule the trades throughout the project.

· Photos – All project Photos before, during and after. Any sales photos are disregarded.

· Daily Logs – At least 3 daily logs a week for Active projects. This is mandatory.

· Inspections – Site Super is to call own inspection and be there to meet inspector.

· Walk contractors on jobsites before project starts to ensure correct scope of work is being estimated.

· Large Material purchases will need to be received buy site super and account for all the materials.

· Keeping customer up to date on site with all problems/issues/concerns and document in BuilderTrend.

· Coordinate with project engineer on progress update with permitting.

Education And Experience

- Bilingual nice to have but not required.

· Working knowledge of Buildertrend or similar project management software.

· 3 years’ experience in construction project coordination.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
