Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and service team. There is some opportunity on our residential service team as well. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure precise installation and repairs
- Operate company vehicles and power tools safely to perform plumbing tasks efficiently on various job sites
- Perform drain cleaning using manual or power tools to clear blockages and prevent backups
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project timelines and specifications
- Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices during all phases of work
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in residential or commercial environments
- Skilled in welding, assembly, remodeling, and handyman tasks related to plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting, use of hand tools and power tools, as well as working at heights or in confined spaces
- Knowledge of water systems management, drainage solutions, construction plumbing standards, and local building codes
- Prior experience operating company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and safety policies
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding work performed or needed repairs
