Location: Conover, NC
Pay Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM. Overtime as needed.

Job Summary

The Stager is responsible for preparing frames, legs, cushions, poly, and covers for upholstery, following ticket specifications with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Stage materials according to ticket instructions
Read tickets to identify correct components
Assist with unloading trucks and organizing materials
Move staged frames to appropriate upholstery lines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to read and write in English
Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs consistently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Team player with a positive attitude
Reliable transportation required
Able to stand and walk for 8 hours daily
Available for weekend and overtime work
Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, closed-toe/heel shoes)
Must follow all safety policies and procedures
Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Work Environment

Climate-controlled furniture manufacturing facility with concrete flooring.
