We're looking for a Local Store Marketing Director who is passionate about building relationships, developing people, and turning creative marketing strategies into measurable business growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead the strategy, execution standards, and performance of local store marketing across our corporate and franchise restaurant network.

You'll guide a regional team of Community Sales Ambassadors (CSAs) across our Central, South, and East regions while partnering with franchisees, Operations, and restaurant leadership to drive guest engagement, catering revenue, and local market growth.

You'll have the opportunity to build scalable programs, influence business decisions, and create meaningful connections between our restaurants and the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

Lead the Strategy. Make an Impact.

• Develop and execute local store marketing strategies that drive restaurant traffic, guest engagement, catering sales, and brand awareness.
• Translate company-wide marketing initiatives into effective regional and local campaigns.
• Build scalable marketing playbooks, annual plans, and performance standards.
• Bring Taziki's Four Walls, Four Blocks, Four Miles approach to life through meaningful community engagement.
  
  
  

Inspire and Develop Your Team.

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Community Sales Ambassadors.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Build a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Support team development and future leadership opportunities.
  
  
  

Grow Sales and Community Partnerships.

• Develop strategies that strengthen catering, corporate partnerships, fundraising, and B2B sales.
• Build meaningful relationships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.
• Identify new opportunities to attract guests, generate leads, and drive repeat business.
• Support local promotions, events, loyalty initiatives, and digital marketing efforts.
  
  
  

Drive Performance Through Data.

• Manage local marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment.
• Establish measurable KPIs for marketing activity, catering leads, sales growth, and team performance.
• Use restaurant performance data and market insights to identify opportunities and develop improvement plans.
• Present results, recommendations, and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
  
  
  

Partner Across the Business.

• Serve as a strategic marketing partner to franchisees, Operations, and restaurant leaders.
• Provide tools, guidance, and resources that support consistent brand execution.
• Strengthen adoption of local marketing initiatives across corporate and franchise locations.
• Guide marketing strategies for new restaurant openings and market expansion.
  
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We're looking for an experienced leader who combines creativity, business knowledge, and a genuine passion for people.

• 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, including franchise, restaurant, or multi-unit local store marketing leadership.
• Experience leading and developing regional or geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations and relationship management.
• Proven success driving restaurant traffic, catering sales, community engagement, or local revenue growth.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn business insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience supporting multiple markets and new restaurant openings.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel regularly, with occasional evening or weekend availability for events.
