Responsibilities
- Meet with customers (walk-ins, appointments, contractors) to understand layout needs, measurements, and style preferences.
- Create accurate kitchen, bath, and vanity designs using design software
- Prepare floor plans, 3D renderings, elevations, and detailed cabinet lists for quotations.
- Recommend cabinet styles, finishes, and functional layout options based on our product lines.
- Provide price estimates and guide customers on lead times, pickup, and installation considerations.
- Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment of cabinet orders.
- Revise layouts based on customer feedback and ensure accuracy before final invoicing.
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with product display updates.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen/bath design or cabinetry sales preferred (but we can train the right candidate).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural measurements, blueprints, and house plans.
- Proficiency in design software (2020, or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy—cabinet lists must be correct.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with contractors and homeowners.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn our product lines.
