Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of Guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including product prep, plating standards, and team efficiency.
- Train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management on store initiatives and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant lead or supervisory roles, with a focus on Guest experience.
- Strong skills in product control and standard adherence.
- Ability to effectively train, and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse Guests.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, prep procedures, and Guest interaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
