Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments for children to identify needs and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during sessions
- Manage crisis situations effectively and ensure client safety
- Transporting Client to and from center
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in behavioral health
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
- Training or certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with crisis intervention techniques
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
