What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sunday Morning Concierge position at Taylors' Par 3 Golf Course?
Sunday Morning shift open course at 8:00 a.m. mow the greens. Then open the course by 9:00 a.m. until Noon. Get out electric carts, checking in and waiting on customers, answering phones, stocking shelves, keeping the clubhouse and areas immediately outside clean and clear of debris. Check out and returned club rentals, golf carts and push carts. Monitor play and keep the course running smoothly. May include other outdoor duties as needed.
Summary
As a Sunday Morning Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality. Report directly to the owners. Your role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing customer inquiries efficiently. Your core skills in time management and phone etiquette will be vital in handling reservations and customer requests. Additionally, experience in customer service will enhance guest relations and satisfaction, making you a key contributor to our team's success in delivering outstanding service. May be needed to help cover other shifts from time to time. Limited food service duties.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication
- Experience in front desk customer service a plus
- Previous cash register experience helpful
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries effectively
- A mature individual who will be working independently and must have ability to address any potential conflicts with customers.
- A willingness to learn golf course turf management.
