Foundation Health – Murray, Kentucky

36-hour workweek • 1 patient/hour • Autonomy • $90-$95K Sign-on Relocation
You became a PT to treat people — not churn through volume.
If you’re tired of 2–3 patients per hour, productivity quotas, and rushed documentation, this clinic will feel different.
At Foundation Health, you get:
- 36-hour workweek (4×9)
- 1 patient per hour — no mill-style “double booking”
- Full schedule handed to you — retiring PT’s caseload
- Clinic handles all credentialing (Medicare VA CCN)
Our approach to patient care is to address the problem, rather than treat the symptoms. Our integrated approach with multiple disciplines allows our patients to have customized care to provide the necessary services they need. Our model also allows different perspectives and collaborative efforts.
You are encouraged to be creative in your approach to patient care while empowering your PTAs to think critically to treat your patients from visit to visit and work on functional improvement.
