Job Summary
Join our lawn maintenance team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, where you will lead and motivate a crew dedicated to maintaining our client's yards. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality lawn care including mowing, edging, blowing, weed-eating, mulch refresh, pruning of shrubs, etc.
Duties
- Lead, supervise, and participate in the maintenance of client's properties.
- Follow daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance to ensure timely completion of each property
- Perform and oversee tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, blowing, weed-eating, and general lawn maintenance
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and client satisfaction; address any issues promptly
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper operation and routine maintenance are performed regularly
Skills
- Must have a Driver's License
- At least 3 years experience in lawn maintenance
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of the operation of lawn maintenance equipment
- Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy equipment when necessary

Salary : $16 - $22
