The ideal candidate will thrive a fast paced and versatile role that involves providing support across various areas of our manufacturing facility. Some roles may include operating light manufacturing and printing equipment used in the creation of stamps, stencil, and paper products used in paper crafting. Warehouse and forklift experience is desired, but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines and equipment to assist with production processes in our Print, Laser and Stamp Manufacturing areas.
- Offload and transport materials and supplies by fork lift to different areas of the production floor.
- Assist with product packaging and assembly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Be willing to work in different areas of the manufacturing facility as needed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task
- Able to be on your feet and or walking most of the day.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- Detail-oriented
- The strength to safely lift 40 pounds and endurance to stand for 5-6 hours at a time
- Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and assembling a plus
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Encouraging, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Fork lift experience (desired)
- Speed: Meeting production deadlines 100% of the time
- Quality: 99% of orders without errors
- Team: Team members are motivated, responsive, and joyful
- Consistency: Shows up to work on time and ready to work with a joyful attitude
