JOB SUMMARY: The President has overall responsibility for coordinating, establishing and/or supporting all business functions, strategy, execution, and talent development.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve annual revenue budget, net income and working capital targets.
- Development of self and direct reports along lines of functional growth, resiliency and emotional intelligence is a requirement. Talent development remains an ongoing responsibility.
- Create annual product group strategic plans that include product management, new product development planning, voice of customer, industry trending, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for respective product groups.
- Support a thriving quality management system that aligns with ISO standards.
- Foster a positive, continuous improvement culture.
- Develop business growth initiatives that ensure both short term and long-term success for the business.
- Liaise with finance, human resources and other business leaders within The Brilex Group of Companies to ensure a holistic business success culture is fostered.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four-year undergraduate degree such as Business, Engineering or closely related program.
- Minimum 10 years of applicable experience is required.
- Knowledge of general business leadership and management including mergers and acquisitions.
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills such as strong team building, decision-making and collaboration.
- Strong time management skills. Detail oriented and effective planning skills.
- Must have a customer focus orientation with the ability to make customers and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions. Ability to develop and sustain productive customer and key stakeholder relationships.
- Desire to pursue training opportunities to continuously build knowledge and skills. Must be willing to cooperate and share expertise with others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s in business administration and/or Engineering
- 20 years of applicable executive level experience.
- Six Sigma and Kaizen experience.
- International Business experience.
- Prior ISO compliance experience.
- Culture building experience.
- Capital equipment sales experience.
- Manufacturing experience.
