About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to join a high-volume operations team responsible for managing the lifecycle of complex transactions—from initial intake through processing, shipment, revenue recognition, and final reconciliation.
This is not a traditional accounting role. While there is some accounting exposure, this position is best suited for individuals with experience in transaction tracking, logistics coordination, billing, or operations workflows who thrive in fast-paced, process-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between internal teams (sales, operations, and accounting) to ensure transactions are accurately tracked, processed, and completed.
Core Responsibilities
- Track and manage transactions across their full lifecycle—from receipt through completion
- Monitor inbound and outbound orders, including shipment status and timelines
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems (NetSuite)
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and answer status inquiries
- Manage invoicing, billing, and customer credits
- Reconcile data across multiple systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support revenue recognition tracking based on contractual terms
- Handle a high volume of internal communication (primarily email-driven)
- Assist with month-end close processes, including reporting and accrual support

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 4 years of experience in:
- Transaction processing / order management
- Billing, AR/AP, or revenue operations
- Logistics coordination or supply chain tracking
- Medical billing / claims processing or similar workflow-heavy roles
- Experience working in a high-volume, detail-intensive environment
- ERP experience preferred (NetSuite strongly preferred)
