What You'll Do
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities between customers and Field Service Mechanics
- Create service estimates and process parts and service orders
- Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and shipments
- Handle warranty claims and service documentation
- Track technician time, expenses, and reporting
- Support safety programs, audits, and compliance initiatives
- Maintain records for company vehicles and service operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting branch operations
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience in Parts, Service, Equipment, Automotive, Trucking, Material Handling, or Heavy Equipment industries
✅ Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
✅ Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with technicians and customers
✅ Previous customer service or service coordination experience preferred
✅ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
