We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber III to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using construction plumbing techniques on various projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools efficiently
- Conduct remodeling, assembly, and handyman tasks related to plumbing systems in commercial settings
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely while working on construction sites or during system installations
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and schematic diagrams
- Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, including installation, repair, and remodeling projects
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, pipe threading, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical principles
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical schematics for precise execution
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, construction site safety practices, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Experience with carpentry or general handyman work is a plus
- Valid commercial driver’s license or ability to obtain one preferred for site mobility
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks consistently
