Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled, factory-trained Ford Technician to enhance our service team. In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles (and others as needed) at competitive customer pay rates. No warranty work here—all jobs are customer-paid, allowing you to focus on quality service without the hassle of manufacturer claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using factory training and our on-site Ford scan tools.
- Perform routine maintenance, electrical work, engine repairs, and more on a variety of makes and models.
- Ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide excellent customer service and efficient turnaround times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Factory training and certification from Ford (e.g., Ford Master Technician or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with strong knowledge of Ford systems and diagnostics.
- Proficiency with scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
