Position - Commercial Property Administrator
Location - Rosemont, IL
Salary - $60-$69k/year
Schedule - On Site - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

They own and manages over 15 million square feet and controls over 1,100 acres of land in corporate business parks in the greater Chicago area, New Jersey and Florida markets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Managing property data and maintaining records in proprietary software
•Tracking and monitoring tenant insurance certificates
•Coordinating roof, snow removal and landscape bid packages
•Prepare tenant welcome materials and supporting onboarding
•Handling utility service setups and terminations and track sustainability data
•Assembling SNDA and Estoppel documentation
•Assisting with various property management tasks as needed
Expectations:
•Operate proactively and independently in a high-volume environment
•Adaptable to competing demand and shifting priorities
•Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Qualifications:
•2-5 years’ experience in customer service/office environment
•Expertise in all Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Word, Outlook and Excel.

Salary : $60,000 - $69,000
