Our client is looking for a Paralegal to support a broad range of Legal & Compliance activities. This individual will work closely with attorneys and team members across the organization, managing fast‑moving priorities and ensuring timely completion of requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination by helping plan and monitor team initiatives
- Provide proofreading and editing support as needed
- Assess incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members
- Understand how regulatory and legal functions support a complex business environment
- Maintain team resources such as internal lists, training materials, logs, and other reference tools
- Assist with contract‑related tasks, including document organization and lifecycle tracking
- Monitor deadlines and ensure the appropriate stakeholders receive timely updates
- Document processes clearly and tailor communication to different audiences
- Track incoming legal and compliance requests and maintain up‑to‑date status logs
- Support attorneys with updating corporate materials (e.g., certifications, consents, standard forms)
- Stay current on relevant regulatory expectations and help ensure internal compliance
- Partner with cross‑functional colleagues to coordinate deliverables and assist where needed
- Collect and organize information needed by attorneys and team leaders for ongoing matters
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent academics required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
