Your Opportunity: We’re looking for a Publishing/Graphics Specialist who’s ready to jump in, take ownership, and help drive our publishing and graphics processes to the next level. Your Responsibilities: Reviewing and prepping artwork quickly and accurately Working with customers and distributors to interpret requests and ensure artwork is print-ready Collaborating with production and other departments to balance what’s possible with what our customers expect Pitching in on special projects — even outside your normal day-to-day work. Attending team meetings and ongoing training sessions Being flexible with overtime and occasional Saturday work when needed (we do our best to plan ahead!) Your shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm You Must Have: Solid experience in publishing, graphics, prepress, or a similar field Strong attention to detail — you catch the little things others miss Ability to juggle multiple projects and stay organized in a fast-moving environment Comfortable working independently but also a real team player A process-minded thinker who’s always looking for a smarter way to do things Willingness to adapt, pitch in, and take on new challenges as they come We Would Also Prefer: Hands-on knowledge of publishing/graphics software and prepress workflows About Taylor Corporation One of the largest print and communications firms in North America, Taylor’s family of companies provides a diverse set of products, services and technologies that address the toughest business challenges.
