Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Qualifications:
· Experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair
· Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
· Ability to diagnose malfunction, replace faulty parts, perform routine maintenance checks
· Excellent customer service skills
· Certification as an HVAC Technician (preferred)
Responsibilities and Job duties include but not limited to:
· Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems
· Inspect and perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems such as cleaning filters, lubricating, checking refrigerant levels
· Diagnose and repair malfunctions, including troubleshooting electrical components, replacing faulty parts, and fixing leaks.
· Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
· Maintain detailed records of work performed, including parts replaced and customer information
Work Conditions:
· Possibly cramped, dirty/dusty conditions.
· Appearance always must represent the company image.
· Safety must be always considered.
· Ability to work overtime, possible weekends and evenings,
· Ability to work On-Call on a rotating schedule
