Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as Inventory & Quality Assistants. This role focuses on product sorting, basic data entry, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a structured warehouse environment.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced but supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Sort and organize products by category (e.g., hardcover vs. softcover books)
- Place items into designated bins with accuracy
- Perform basic data entry and update inventory systems
- Track and maintain accurate product counts
- Identify and report discrepancies when needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Follow safety guidelines and standard procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, retail, admin, or similar roles is helpful but not required
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable with consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements
- Role involves being on your feet for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed
