Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift

Location: Inglewood, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to assemble gate operator products and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and light-powered tools, and able to work accurately with part numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical products and components using hand and light-powered tools
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts according to work instructions
• Rotate through different assembly and production tasks
• Identify components and verify part numbers
• Perform visual quality inspections on completed products and parts
• Enter basic production information into a computer system
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Cross-train on different products and workstations

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or related hands-on experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic hand tools or light-powered tools
• Ability to accurately identify and match parts and part numbers
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and number accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate between workstations
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Candidates with experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Production Assembler, Manufacturing Assembler, Assembly Technician, Electromechanical Assembler, Production Worker, or Manufacturing Associate are encouraged to apply. Experience using hand tools, power tools, following work instructions, identifying part numbers, inspecting components, packaging products, or working on a production line is highly desirable.

Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical ability, hand-tool experience, and a dependable work history are encouraged to apply.
