Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Irvine, CA, for an Assistant Project Land Manager. The Assistant Project Land Manager will support the land acquisition, entitlement, and development process. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, assisting with land appraisals, managing land acquisition projects, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the success of residential real estate projects. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess opportunities and make informed decisions that align with business goals and community needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Land Management and handling Land Acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Acquisitions and Appraisal for real estate projects
- Solid knowledge of Residential Real Estate and its industry standards
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and assess land development opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
- Proficiency in using relevant software such as Microsoft Office and land management tools
