Responsibilities
• Managing commercial lines accounts with a high level of accuracy
• Processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, audits, and policy changes
• Ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines and internal procedures
• Maintaining detailed and organized client documentation
• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and carriers
• Executing assigned tasks systematically and within established workflows
Most tasks are predictable and scheduled. However, this role requires responsiveness when disruptions occur and the ability to maintain focus despite frequent interactions.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of professional office or customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented, process-driven work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, direct, professional)
• Ability to manage routine responsibilities with consistency and accuracy
• Comfort working independently without constant supervision
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 months (agency will support and pay for licensing)
Nice to Have
