Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to existing and potential clients.
- Process renewals, endorsements, and changes to coverage as needed.
- Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent or similar role in the insurance industry.
- Valid state insurance license.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
