We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exemplary customer service experience for customers CSR’s are also responsible for ensuring that customers receive products that meet their quality and application expectations.
Essential Functions:
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
- Resolve or clarify any errors and/or discrepancies with appropriate departments
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge
- Support assigned Outside Sales Representatives
- Follow established administrative and clerical procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

- 1 yr. Sales Support exp. required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Construction Industry related exp. preferred
